
FOODEXP I

"DNA - origins and contaminations of Italian cuisine" is the theme of the seventh edition of FoodExp, the international food and wine and hospitality forum that for two days animates the historic spaces of the Cloister of the Dominicans. Talks, theatre, wine tasting, tasting counters, memorable lunches and exclusive dinners will merge with food and wine culture and management, but also with training, conviviality and entertainment. Acknowledged and promoted by the Apulia Region, the Municipality of Lecce, and numerous public and private entities, the event gathers more than 100 guests including chefs, maître, restaurant managers, bartenders, public administrators, journalists and communicators, young talents under 30, teachers and students from Apulia's hotel institutes.
